YOU ARE IN A SAFE SHOPPING SITE

Here are some situations and tips to combat online fraud:

DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Rasbels will never email or phone you asking you to reveal or verify your Rasbels account password, bank account or credit card numbers, or any other personal information. In the event that someone contacts you or receives an unsolicited email that asks for any of the above information, do not respond and immediately communicate it to Rasbels so that we can proceed with the investigation of the incident.

HOW TO IDENTIFY FAKE EMAILS?

Ignore any email you receive that asks for personal information or redirects you to another web page other than rasbels.com, or where you are asked to pay outside of rasbels.com or the payment gateway, as it could be an attempt to impersonate ('spoofing' or 'phishing'), and should be considered fraudulent.

Rasbels use the endings "rasbels.info@gmail.com" for emails. If you receive an email in a different format, you can be sure it is a fake email. Some phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word "Rasbels"in their URL, but they will direct you to a completely different website. If you hover your mouse over the link, you will see the associated URL, which will probably be in a different format than those linked on authentic websites from Rasbels. If you still click on a phishing email and are redirected to a page that looks like "Your Profile" or to anyone asking you to verify or modify your personal information, ignore it and consider it fraudulent.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU COME INTO A PHISHING ATTEMPT?

Send an email to the address rasbels.info@gmail.com and attach the email that you consider false. By attaching this fraudulent email to us, you are helping us locate its origin. If you can't attach the fake email, please forward it to rasbels.info@gmail.com and include as much information about it as possible.
